• Pineapple Coconut Avocado Smoothie


    Try this as a simple, refreshing breakfast. The combination of protein, carbohydrate, and electrolytes (plus fluid) also makes it perfect for a workout recovery smoothie.

    I incorporated frozen avocado into this one, which adds texture, but fresh avocado is fine, too.





    1 container (5.3 oz) coconut Greek yogurt
    1 cup pineapple
    1/2 banana
    1/2 avocado (frozen or fresh)
    Pinch of salt


    Add all ingredients to a blender and blend. Enjoy immediately.
